Common questions
Do we need to replace existing cameras?
Usually no. If your existing system runs Hikvision NVRs we can usually connect to them as-is. Other brands can be supported via ONVIF.
How is this different from HikCentral?
HikCentral is a Windows-server install per site. Our platform is cloud-native, multi-site by default, and unified with vehicle/fleet data — no per-site server required.
Where is the video stored?
Video stays on-site on your existing NVRs. Only metadata, snapshots, and explicitly-pulled clips move to cloud.
Can we share clips with police or insurers?
Yes — generate a time-limited public link. Optional watermark and audit log of who accessed it.
