Mining & Civils
Plant utilisation, fuel, and hours — without spreadsheets.
Yellow plant tracking, site geofencing, underground buffering, fuel and hours reporting — built for mining, quarry, and civils operations across sub-Saharan Africa.
Capabilities
What we deploy on a mine or civils site.
Excavators, dozers, ADTs, graders. Hours-based and distance-based, with PTO and idle states.
Pit, processing area, dump zones, fuel bay — each tracked independently for utilisation and dwell.
Idle, harsh handling, productivity vs route. Reports per operator, per shift.
Devices buffer underground, sync at surface. Schedule and movement reports remain continuous.
Three of the biggest mining cost lines, on one dashboard. Fed by Escort, Teltonika CAN, and operator-side input.
Pre-start checklists, lock-out/tag-out, proximity warnings — exposed via API to your safety system.
How it works
From kick-off to live in production
We walk the site, identify zones, audit existing telematics on plant, agree priorities.
Devices installed by our field team. Operator UIs deployed. Geofences and rules configured.
Daily production reports flow to ops. Anomalies and safety events flow to dispatch.
FAQ
Common questions
Do you support OEM data feeds (Cat, Komatsu)?
Yes — OEM FMS feeds (Cat MineStar, Komatsu KOMTRAX, etc.) can be ingested as additional data sources alongside our own devices.
Underground sensors?
We support Teltonika and Galileosky devices with extended buffer modes. UWB / proximity hardware integrated through partner ecosystems.
What about contractor fleets on the same site?
Each contractor runs as a separate tenant. Your operator can see aggregate site KPIs across contractors without exposing per-contractor cost data.
Reporting cadence?
Daily production reports by default. Real-time dashboards for live ops. Custom shift summaries built on demand.
